TEHNOTRON Has Implemented Quality System Development Strategy

The strategy to be implemented until 2021 consists of three stages:

▪ quality improvement of products being manufactured;

▪ quality improvement of products being purchased;

▪  focus on customer;

It is planned to do the following under the strategy implementation program: to digitalize the scientific and technical documentation management in production, to develop a multi-level audit, to develop a team for incoming control, to perform a supplier and pre-production audit, to develop Feedback system, etc.

These events will help to significantly improve the quality of products being manufactured.
