1. Cast under pressure from aluminum alloys
STRENGTH STRENGTH 550 TC MAX WEIGHT OF FILLED MELT 6.0 KG
Die casting from aluminum alloys. Casting manufacturing is automated and provides high performance. Products made by this technology do not require additional mechanical processing, the surface quality of products corresponds to the 5-8th class.
2. Casting on gasified models
CLEANING OF THE SURFACE OF RINGS RZ 40 DIMENSIONAL AND WEIGHT ACCURACY TILL 8TH CLASS
Casting on gasified models of almost all grades of iron and steel. The surface finish of castings is RZ 40, dimensional and weight accuracy up to grade 8. This is one of the most ergonomic casting methods, as it leads to a decrease in the number of technological operations and finishing operations for products. Production waste using this technology is minimal, labor costs and electricity costs are halved. The method of casting on gasified models provides competitive prices and reduces the time of order manufacturing.
3. Die casting thermoplastic materials

Injection molding of thermoplastic materials based on polyolefins, polyamides, armid and grodnamide. Reinforcement of glass-filled polyamides is:
- Blowing thermoplastic materials onto the base of polyolefins and polyamides;

4. Pressing SMS products

For the production of high-quality exterior parts in the company mastered SMC technology. Dimensional products with a complex geometry and class A surface are being manufactured. The modulus of elasticity of SMC products is about 15,000 MPa. The main tractor unit 5490 (a joint project of PJSC KAMAZ and Daimler AG) - "The best commercial vehicle in Russia 2014" - is equipped with such products.
5. Production of extrusion products
Production of products by extrusion (trolley busbar, pipes) - the technology provides a continuous process for the production of PVC products of unlimited length at high speed molding.
6. Pressing rubber products
Pressing rubber products (PRP) - due to the use of only high-quality molds, the correct geometry of the molded products is ensured, the weight is controlled by conducting a regulated number of crimping. The mass of the finished product is only 3-5% different from the initial mass of raw materials, which indicates a high efficiency of the process.
7. Inflatable plastic molding
Blow molding of plastics is a method that allows you to produce hollow polymer products with a standard value of wall stiffness, thanks to verified technology and mixtures compositions.
8. Welding Thermoplastic Plastics
Welding of thermoplastic plastics by the method of thermal contact welding. Products using this technology can withstand pressures up to 5 atm.

12. Shot blasting chamber

  • 2 x pneumatic purification system type BM-SB 200 with a RACK system controlling fluid regulation of the operating pressure;

In addition to almost all processing technologies and the production of polymer products on the production site of the company "TEHNOTRON" it is possible to perform the following operations:

  • Cold sheet stamping of parts up to 12 mm;;
  • All types of 7th grade machining (turning, milling, grinding);
  • Heat treatment (quenching and tempering in chamber furnaces, in a protective atmosphere).

The main consumers of the products are KAMAZ PJSC, MAZ OJSC, GAZ Group.

The quality system of the enterprise is certified for compliance with the requirements of international standards ISO 9001: 2015 and IATF 16949: 2016. All used in production materials are open in the international information system IMDS (International Vaterial Data System). This contributes to:
